Chain wheel material is ZG270-500, σs = 270Mpa,
The maximum stress is 79MPa at the reinforced ear plate，material is 34CrNi1Mo+QT σs =635 Mpa Stress is allowed σ=0.9σs = 635×0.9=571.5Mpa≥79MPa ,so the strength meets the requirements。
The maximum stress is 133.97MPa at the reinforced ear plate，material is ZG270-500, σs =270 Mpa Stress is allowed σ=0.9σs = 270×0.9=243Mpa≥133.97MPa ,so the strength meets the requirements。
Chain wheel material is ZG270-500, σs = 270Mpa
According to the analysis, at 100% load the structural life is 4×107, which meets the actual service life of 20 years.
